Returns are accepted within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact arigiomiami@gmail.com before returning any item.

When will I get my order?
In-stock pieces ship within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order or out-of-stock pieces typically require 4–6 weeks. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Ari Gio Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays or for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
