1. Overview

ARI GIO Jewelry provides fine jewelry through our website and related services. By using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein.

2. Products & Availability

Each ARI GIO piece is crafted with attention to detail. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, slight variations may occur.

In-stock items ship within 5–7 business days
Made-to-order or out-of-stock items require 8–10 weeks (business days) for production and shipment unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

For custom or made-to-order items:

A 50% deposit is required to begin production
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be canceled
In-stock orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must follow our return policy:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Eligible items may be exchanged or issued store credit only
Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in original packaging

The following are final sale:

Custom or personalized items (including initial pieces)
Sale or sample sale items
Gift cards

Additional terms:

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping
Rings are subject to a 10% restocking fee
Returns without authorization may be refused

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines:

In-stock: 5–7 business days
Made-to-order: 8–10 weeks (business days)

Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.

ARI GIO Jewelry is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Carrier delays (weather, technical issues, missed deliveries)
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Warranty

ARI GIO Jewelry offers a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper care or misuse
Accidental damage
Loss or theft
